The Program Committee is chaired by the Vice-President, shall consist of two or more additional Region members and shall be responsible for planning and management of Region meetings, and technical programs and for support of Society meetings within the Region. The Committee may request that the President appoint sub-committees as necessary to assist with the specific functions related to meetings.
