Applications Consultant and Business Development Director, TopoDOT
Jennifer Triana is a bilingual applications consultant and business development professional with more than 20 years of experience in the LiDAR and geospatial industry. After completing a Mechanical Engineering degree at the University of Central Florida, she joined RIEGL USA, where she led the static systems team supporting terrestrial LiDAR projects across the country.
In 2011, Jennifer became one of the founding members of TopoDOT and has played a key role in building the company from the ground up. She has supported product development, onboarding programs, customer success, training initiatives, event strategy, and market growth as the platform expanded into transportation, engineering, and utility workflows.
Today, Jennifer helps enterprise teams adopt advanced point cloud processing practices, improve data fusion workflows, and translate complex 3D information into clear deliverables for decision-makers. She is known for her ability to bridge communication between technical users, non-technical stakeholders, and leadership teams.
Jennifer frequently presents at industry events, trains engineering and survey groups across North and Latin America, and leads outreach efforts in both English and Spanish. She is passionate about workforce development and strengthening the practical use of LiDAR in public infrastructure.
Originally from Colombia, she is currently based in Orlando, Florida.
