Doug Ward holds an A.S. in Computer Science from Eastern Oklahoma State College in Wilburton, Oklahoma, and a B.S. in Cartography from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. With more than 32 years of geospatial mapping experience, he spent over 29 years with Aerial Data Service—13 of those as Vice President—before joining CEC, where he now serves as Senior Certified Photogrammetrist.
Doug is an ASPRS Certified Photogrammetrist and an Oklahoma Land Surveyor Intern. He is an active member of both the American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing and the Oklahoma Society of Land Surveyors. Dedicated to advancing his field, he regularly participates in industry conferences and conventions to stay at the forefront of evolving standards and technologies. From 2017 to 2019, he also contributed his leadership as a member of the MAPPS Board of Directors.
