Matthew has over 20 years of experience in the applications of UAS Remote Sensing, GIS, Photogrammetry, mobile data, GPS solutions, LiDAR, data analysis, statistical/geospatial analysis, surveying, archaeology, ArcGIS Server, and enterprise database management. Matthew is a Senior UAS Instructor and has been a Part 107 FAA UAV pilot since 2016. He has serves as the UAS Remote Sensing & Mobile Technology Manager. He oversees a group specializing in UAS and satelite based remote sensing, Enterpise GIS mobile data collection, terrestrial LiDAR, data visualization, and BIM to support environmental assessments and permitting activities. Project experience includes Federal, Energy sector, Disaster Recovery, and Environmental Compliance work mainly in linear permitting of power transmission systems, natural gas pipelines, offshore pipelines, power generating facilities, and other critical infrastructure.
