With over 24 years of experience in land surveying, Russell Hall is a seasoned expert whose recent decade has been dedicated to advancing the frontiers of reality capture and feature extraction. As Mobile Mapping and Extraction Manager, Russell leads initiatives that integrate mobile LiDAR and AI-driven workflows to significantly boost production efficiency and accuracy in extraction processes.
Russell serves on the Board of Directors for the ASPRS Florida Region and is an NSPS Young Surveyors Network mentor. He holds professional affiliations with ASPRS, FSMS, and NSPS, and is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS).
When he’s not exploring the latest in geospatial tech, Russell enjoys life with his four rescue kittens, a rescue dog, and finds balance at the beach or on a yoga mat. He hopes attendees walk away inspired by the possibilities of AI-enhanced reality capture.
