Apologies if you received multiple messages/emails from me in the past hour... there was a backlog of things to schedule, and I don't have a ton of control over how the site sends those messages.
The January 2025 LWG meeting will be on Thursday 1/16 at 11:00am PDT / 2:00pm EDT. Zoom info is on the event page and repeated below at the end of this post. I expect to complete internal review of the LAS 1.5 draft PDF together as we prepare for the public comment period that will begin during the 2025 GeoWeek conference in Denver, Colorado.
Here's the planned LAS 1.5 publication schedule:
Dec 19 LWG Virtual Meeting: Begin internal review of LAS 1.5 draft.- Jan 16 LWG Virtual Meeting: Complete internal review of LAS 1.5 draft.
- Feb 12 1-2pm GeoWeek in-person meeting: public comment period begins for LAS 1.5 draft, with email announcement AND in-person meeting at GeoWeek.
- Feb 20 LWG Virtual Meeting: Begin integration of public comments.
- Mar 20 LWG Virtual Meeting: Prepare for publication and submit to ASPRS Board for acceptance.
