    Today we covered the following:

    1. The team revealed that no one has been receiving email notifications from these posts because their email preferences in ASPRS Communities were set to "No Email". I've contacted the ASPRS leadership about potentially resetting that option for all users, but in the meantime you can do it yourself in the upper right corner by clicking Settings.
    2. I provided an update from last week's JALBTCX workshop, including plans to post v2 of the Topobathy LAS Domain Profile. More info here: https://github.com/ASPRSorg/LAS/issues/117
    3. I also expressed my intent to submit LAS 1.4 R16 for official comment and final publication toward the end of this month (December 2023). More info here: https://github.com/ASPRSorg/LAS/milestone/5
    4. Howard provided an update on his thoughts regarding WKTv2, which transitioned into an in-depth discussion on implementing epochs in LAS and other standards. More info here: https://github.com/ASPRSorg/LAS/issues/95
    5. Kristian introduced a new discussion on the LWG potentially becoming involved in a IEEE conversation about an international lidar exchange format.
