This presentation highlights the emergency aerial mapping response following Hurricane Helene in western North Carolina. Details of this project Included rapid mobilization, aerial lidar, data processing. and delivery of design-grade topographic mapping for a 22-mile corridor of US Highway 19 West. The project supported the North Carolina Department of Transportation's recovery efforts by providing accurate geospatial data under quite challenging post-storm conditions.
