The March 2025 LWG meeting will be on Thursday 3/20 at 11:00am PST / 2:00pm EST. Zoom info is on the event page and repeated below at the end of this post. I expect to present the final LAS 1.5 draft for publication and perform any final editorial reviews. Yes, this means I'm behind schedule -- the editorial updates required more time than I expected. I do think we will still hit our Summer 2025 deadline, however.

Dec 19 LWG Virtual Meeting: Begin internal review of LAS 1.5 draft.Jan 16 LWG Virtual Meeting: Complete internal review of LAS 1.5 draft.Feb 12 1-2pm GeoWeek in-person meeting: public comment period begins for LAS 1.5 draft, with email announcement AND in-person meeting at GeoWeek.Feb 20, 2025 LWG Virtual Meeting: Begin integration of public comments, GeoWeek recap.- Mar 20, 2025 LWG Virtual Meeting: Finalize edits for LAS 1.5.
- End of March, 2025: Begin public comment period.
- April 2025: End public comment period. Integrate public comments.
- May 2025: Prepare for publication and submit final draft for ASPRS Board approval.
- June 2025: Final publication
- Q3 2025: Submit to OGC for endorsement/publication.
