With more than 30 years’ experience in the Geospatial industry, David received his Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin, with additional Surveying, Geodesy, and Photogrammetry courses completed at the University of Houston in 1988. He worked on GPS Control and Aerial Mapping projects with Satellite Positioning Corporation and GPS Technology Corporation prior to joining Survcon Inc. in 2001.
David became an ASPRS Certified Photogrammetrist (#1212) in July 2002 and a Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor (#6035) in January 2008. Currently a Sr. Geospatial Project Manager with Quiddity Engineering, LLC, David manages the TxDOT Survey Department as well as Photogrammetry, LiDAR (fixed-wing and UAS), and GNSS Control projects.
